What will you do?

As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for:

• Being part of the kitchen team and bringing each service to life together with your colleagues.

• Preparing ingredients with care, from portioning to plating.

• Creating dishes that are consistently of the same high quality, prepared with attention and full of flavour.

• Following recipes and quality standards.

• Keeping your own section in order, keeping an eye on timing and communicating clearly.

• Making sure every dish that leaves the kitchen looks good, tastes good and creates the right experience.

• Safeguarding hygiene and safety and carrying out temperature checks, so the kitchen runs smoothly and responsibly.

• Creating experiences that guests remember, thanks to the food and the way it makes them feel.

• You are curious, happy to roll up your sleeves and always looking for ways to improve, whether you are refining a dish or learning something new from your team.

• You work well with others, keep a cool head during busy service and know that a strong kitchen is all about teamwork.

• You can communicate in English.

• You have experience in a professional kitchen.

• You are flexible to work during the day, in the evening and at weekends, when the restaurant comes to life.

• You have a genuine passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a team.
